Doors open at 11am - 12pm at the beginning of the festival.
Every exit will be final before 18h.
No drink and food will be accepted on the site.

Sunday, October 2, 2011

Doors open at 8 am.
No food and drink will be accepted on site.
Water bottles will be available to riders entered the contest.

Access by car

from Belgium: E19-E42 : exit 26, follow signs Dur-Quiévrain. In Quiévrain, follow signs

Access by train

The station is 3 minutes of the festival (last train to Mons at 10:16 p.m.).

Ticket prices

Saturday October 1, FESTIVAL.

5 euros for riders only on the day of the festival;
10 euros for the public only in pre;
18 euros for the public on the day of the festival.

Sunday, October 2: CONTEST

free admission for spectators;
€ 5 for amateur riders;
€ 10 for professional riders.

People with reduced mobility

A parking area will be reserved for the disabled. This parking area will be placed at the entrance of the festival. Special equipment is available to persons with disabilities. The toilets for this purpose will be made available. A mini-podium will be set before the stage to improve the visibility of the show.
One or two people in the organization will be available to provide possible assistance.
